Shannon is from Hampton, Virginia and lives in Jersey City, NJ. She started making comics in 2021 and started the Comix Accountability Club in 2022 when she decided she needed some help. Kathy DeLoria
Though still new to the comics scene, Kathy DeLoria dove head-first into the medium as a co-founder of the Comix Accountability Club in 2022 and has since been a part of 4 anthologies and released a 24-page mini comic. She’s still finding her comics voice, but regularly focuses on themes of transition, connection, and feeling lost, all tinged with their signature humor. Yuki Clarke
Yuki is a Baltimore based cartoonist who's worked on comics and illustration since the moment she could hold a pencil and holds a strong love for all forms of sequential art.
Her primary series project is called ""Rita & Josey"", a sapphic sci fi comic set both on Earth and Mars following the titular characters through their adventures to uncover the mysteries of their shared past, special powers they hold, the planet Mars, and their relationship together. She also works on other short comics and gag strips.
Lief Bennett
Lief is a cartoonist and illustrator based out of Columbus, OH. His main focus is autobiographical comics, particularly his webcomic, Slice of Lief. He also enjoys writing fantasy, and is currently working on a comic adaptation of one of his short stories, God of the Quiet Places. Besides making comics, Lief is the webmaster for this site, the Queer Zest Zine Fest, and his own website.

Goat is a NYC-based comic artist with a background in science and education. They are interested in creating stories about monstrous unknown worlds, the joy of discovery, and love in all the forms it takes.
They started their comic journey with their webcomic, Girls Like You, which has since accumulated 3.6 million views and 34k subscribers on Tapas. They have worked on several self-published mini comics and are now looking to dive into the physical publishing world."
Phillip Kieffer
Phillip “Phil” Kieffer is a cartoonist living in Lancaster, PA. He is a graduate and former adjunct teacher from the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, where he majored in Digital Media, and focused on 2D animation. Phil was inspired to start making comics in 2023 after meeting the Comix Accountability Club at Lancaster Zine Fest. His first self-published comic “Mestizo” is a loving memoir about his time living abroad in the Philippines. “Mestizo” was made possible by one of the first comix “mini-grants” provided by the Comix Accountability Club.
Gus Becker
Gus is an artist and scientist that likes to draw cartoons of robots and wizards. He currently lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two cats where he organizes Creatives Club DC, a weekly meetup for artists of all kinds. Finch, otherwise known as MothRabbits online, is a Cake Enthusiast, comic hoarder, and art enjoyer living out their childhood dreams of making a living by drawing and making up stories. Other hyper-fixations include The Legend of Zelda, Baldur's Gate 3, cooking, playing D&D, collecting Kirby merch, and reading indie comics and manga.

Micah Liesenfeld has a memoire comic called "A-T Walker" about the impact rare genetic disease has had on his family. He also dabbles in ninjas, space guys, and robots.
Stephen Kissel
Stephen Kissel is an illustrator and cartoonist living in Lynchburg, VA He makes illustrations, comics, and character work for a variety of clients and works as an arts educator in the local community. When not making things, he might be found searching for the perfect bagel, buying too many books, or spending time with his wife and pets.

Ella is a young illustrator starting out in the world of comics. She loves reading and writing fantasy stories, and comics with themes of mental health and environmentalism. Gizurrr
Gizurrr, Giz, or Jules, is a queer artist and writer located in the Shenandoah Valley region of Virginia, specializing in historic fiction, mystery, and folk horror. They are currently working on a long-time passion project, "To Follow the Black Dog" a murder mystery set in Viking Age Wessex in a little monastery and village called Tagstead. Kyle Kerezsi is a cartoonist and comedian based in Philadelphia. His works include Love Me Like A Reptile, The God Ham, and UFO-10: Paranormal Magazine. In 2024 he edited Calling All Crabs, a crab themed comics anthology with Comix Accountability Club. He’s also a member of the sketch comedy group Septar.
Luther Mosher
After narrowly escaping Florida, Luther pursued his lifelong passion for creating comics at New York City’s School of Visual Arts where he graduated with a BFA in Comics. Since then, he’s illustrated for film, television, books, and even an album cover for Ben Folds Five. He recently completed his first graphic novel, Mars Lightning.
Jordan Moller
Jordan is an artist who likes to say that he is from nowhere (though currently living in Virginia with his amazing fiancée). He grew up moving from country to country which exposing him to the beauty of art and material culture at a young age. This quickly grew into a love which he originally pursued through academia, culminating in a masters in archaeology and a day-job digging holes.
Jordan's art is inspired by those ol’ cultures he studied for his degrees, but also by the cultures of our imagination. Jordan always hopes to blend the detail of our own world with the fantasy of our fictions in his art, perhaps making them just that much more tangible.

Narciso Espiritu
Narciso is Filipino-American— born in Jersey City, NJ, across the river from New York City. He moved to Detroit in late 2019. He likes pets, riding bicycles, cooking, games, Dungeons and Dragons, and making sourdough bread.
Together with fellow creatives in Jersey City, Narciso started an art/literature mag called Instigatorzine in 2010. It started as a 24-page black-and-white photocopied zine and ended in 2014 as a 64-page, CMYK-printed magazine with over 100 subscribers locally and globally. It began as a vehicle to publish his own work, but he eventually became charged with art direction and marketing.
He has produced and collaborated on several zines and comics since then, including Randi Pittsburgh the Wanderer, Wrestletober Vol. 1, Wrestling Wrapped 2023, Shibuya Jet Crush: a Jet Set Radio Zine, 1001 Knights, Potatoes & Molasses, Cellar Door: Here Comes the Night, and more.
Narciso is currently in production for a short action comic inspired by his current Dungeons & Dragons character, Randi Pittsburgh. It follows the elder sellsword through her wandering journeys in the lands, when she encounters a group of raiders. However, flashbacks to her vibrant and twisted past continue to follow her.
Gillian Gurney
"Gillian Gurney is an interactive and graphic designer based in Harrisburg, PA. She’s working hard to pursue a career in comics, illustration, and animation. Through a weird game of telephone (honestly, by sheer chance), CAC found its way to Gillian and gave her the push she needed to make comics again.
Gillian is currently working on her pilot comic, Fishbowls, Bowties & Diamonds, about a wannabe gang, The Hypnotic Lure. Set in 1940, New York, featuring object-headed characters, this motley crew of fishbowl-heads take on heists and odd jobs to keep their head above water while making a name for themselves no matter how dirty their hands get. But when a rival gang is revived and seems to be three steps ahead of The Lure, a race to be the top of the sleepless city begins."
